Hey Luis. What timeshare company do you work for?
As an update: I finally hired a lawyer in order to get out from under the Velas's ridiculous annual maintenance fees. And for the rude comment by Luis, nobody is saying anything negative about Mexico or the people there. Only the Velas Resorts and the way they have conducted themselves during 'negotiations'. I appreciate all the emails I have received from everyone and still have most of them saved.
